Just came home after my first class at Poppius (school of journalism).

Haven't felt this motivated and inspired by sitting down in front of a computer (in class) for a very, veeery, long time.

Practical classes will be mixed with guest speakers (well known Swedish writers and debaters) as well as weekend projects. Am already scanning through potential candidates for the personal interview we are to do in mid March. It can be with anyone and about anything. The only criterion is that we don't personally know the person beforehand.

I'm thinking: Jan Scherman (head of TV4), Zlatan Ibrahimovic (world league football player whom I secretly have teenage-like crush on), Jan Guillou (famous "angry man" Swedish author and journalist), Carl Bildt (Swedish minister for foreign affairs) or perhaps Agnetha Fältskog (former ABBA member).

You're thinking: she's out of her mind. She'll never get close to interviewing any of above. Completely nuts. Crazy.
